We make staying with us fun, simple, and easy!
Reservations may be made online anytime 24 hours per day.
As soon as your reservation is processed, you will immediately receive confirmation via email with
instructions and details about your upcoming Hocking Hills stay.
Due to the high demand for our vacation rentals, we recommend that you reserve your rental as
soon as possible. You may reserve one of our Hocking Hills cabins or lodge rentals up to one year in
advance.

To rent a 1-bedroom vacation rental, you must be at least 21 years of age.
To rent a 2+ vacation rental, you must be at least 25 years of age.
We do require a valid I.D. to be presented by the Reservation Holder to confirm their age. The
Reservation Holder must be staying at the vacation rental for the duration of the reserved dates. The
I.D. verification forms will be sent after the reservation is made by Truvi so they can research the I.D.

For most of our vacation rentals, 100% of the reservation total is due at the time the reservation is
made. Some will require 50% of the total at the time of the reservation and the remaining balance is
due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. We accept all major credit cards. Airbnb, VRBO,
hocking hills and other reservation platforms have diƯerent ways and times to pay.

Our Cancellation Policy is in the description of each vacation rental. Most rentals will have a full
refund if canceled at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. We also encourage guests to buy trip
insurance for those unexpected situations that may happen within that 30-day cancelation window.

You will receive the address to your vacation rental 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival date via
email, provided that your reservation has been paid in full.
Additionally, you will also receive the key code for your vacation rental via email 2 days prior to your
scheduled arrival date.

We will make every eƯort to have your vacation ready for your arrival by 4PM Eastern Standard Time.
However, during peak season, this is not guaranteed.

We oƯer one of the easiest and most convenient ways to Check-In to your vacation rental. All of our
rentals feature a keyless entry touchpad for easy access. With our Virtual Check-In, you can go
straight to your vacation rental without the need to visit our oƯice. Your front door code will be in
the information emailed several days prior to your stay.

Unfortunately, all wonderful things must eventually come to an end. Check-Out Time is at 10 a.m.
Eastern Standard Time.

Check-Out is easy too! We ask that you please place trash in the outdoor receptacle, clean any
dirty dishes, pick up any large messes, and secure all doors and windows behind you. Please have a
safe trip back home!

Not all of our vacation rentals are dog friendly. Please check the listing or contact us.

We do not allow gatherings in any of our vacation rentals for more than the stated maximum
number of occupants. We have had many weddings at our properties but the number of guest has
been less than the maximum allowed at the property. Please reach out to us if you have questions.

Our vacation rentals do oƯer free Wi-Fi internet access. Speeds do vary from cabin to cabin.

We provide linens for beds, bath towels, hot tub towels, and washcloths.

There will be a few rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, garbage
bags, dishwasher pods, dish soap, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, and some
cleaning supplies. We want you to enjoy your stay and not worry about forgetting something when
leaving the house.

The kitchen is stocked with plates, cups, bowls, forks, spoons, knives, and basic cooking pots,
pans, utensils, and much more.

None of our vacation rentals allow smoking indoors. You must smoke outside.

Please report any issues regarding the cleanliness of hot tubs, swim spas, or pools upon arrival. We
will do our best to resolve them right away. To keep these spaces clean and serviceable for all
guests, please shower oƯ before using them and refrain from using any lotions or oils. If issues are
reported more than 24 hours after arrival, any additional cleaning fees will be charged to the
registered guest.

In the event of a life-threatening emergency, please contact 911. To report non-emergencies or
mechanical issues, please contact us. We have many forms of contact that you will receive before
arrival.
